Located on the northeastern coast of Norton Barton Farm, Cornish Charcuterie has been producing award-winning charcuterie and meats since 2011. With fresh ingredients and succulent cuts of meats, including their farm-raised Cornish Lop pigs.

All handmade, their award-winning salami and chorizo sticks are leading the way in British charcuterie. They also offer an incredible range of British pâté and rillette, all made from locally sourced high-welfare meats, fish and poultry.
