Hot Smoked is a small family team of Alyson, David and Archie Murray. We started our business from an outbuilding at our small farm in rural Devon and have grown to become one of the UK’s premier food smoking woods and equipment specialists. We now work with fulfilment and packaging partners, all based in Devon. We have a loyal and enthusiastic customer base and an ever growing food smoking community. Our Devon location with its innovative artisan food heritage is an inspiration. Today we bring the benefits of cooking with wood to back garden cooks, artisan smokeries, chefs, restaurants and distilleries throughout the UK.
