We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.
All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature). Shipping surcharges may still apply over the £75 threshold if your basket includes goods requiring special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP. Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.

We use the sous vide cooking process, used widely within the restaurant industry, Sous Vide cooking is the process of using vacuum packed bags to slowly cook ingredients in a precise temperature-controlled water bath. This water-based cooking technique retains the juices and aroma of the food that is usually lost during the traditional cooking process and allows you to quickly reheat and produce consistent restaurant quality food.
Cooking Time & Ease- Our chef's have done the prep, so all you have to do is pop it in the oven or heat in a pan.
Intensified Flavours- Cooked in vacuum packed bags at lower temperatures for longer periods of time, ingredients simmer in their own juices and are extra tender.
Shelf Life- Some of our sous vide products have up to a 30 day chilled shelf life, reducing the amount of waste. Vacuum sealing the ingredients means no additional preservatives are required to achieve this.
Empty contents out of the bag and place into the tray provided. Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C. When serving remove the ribs from the roasting tray and baste the ribs with the sauce.
