Delivery Policy



In order to ensure that we provide you with the widest choice and best possible products, every FodaBox order is sent to you directly by the Artisan Producer or Specialist Retailer who has been approved to list their offering on the FodaBox website. If you order items from more than one producer you will receive more than one delivery because they come from different places.


How it works


The FodaBox Producers specify their own individual delivery options. We make sure that all their prices for delivery are fair and reasonable and the delivery options and charges can be seen on their product details pages, in your basket and also confirmed before you complete the FodaBox checkout process.
Once your items are dispatched (by each vendor if you have ordered from more than one) you will receive confirmation that your delivery is on its way. You can track the status of your orders in your FodaBox account, where you can also get in touch with FodaBox customer services if you have any questions (look for "Contact Us") – we’ll be very happy to help.


Delivery Guide


Each Vendor sets their own delivery options and these are approved by FodaBox to ensure validity and fair pricing.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery is 3-5 days*
Express delivery is available from some vendors and this is listed on their vendor page and product options.
How much does it cost?
Delivery costs vary by vendor. Some vendors will offer free delivery on all products whilst others will have a sliding scale dependant on value of order and number of products ordered.**
Can I specify a delivery date?
Again, this depends on the specific vendor who will be fulfilling your order or part of the order. Check individual vendors for full details and options.

If you'd like to specify delivery for the next day then please ensure you order before 12noon.

* All delivery options are for UK deliveries only. International delivery is not currently available through the standard online FodaBox purchase methods, however we can deliver some of our products internationally on request. Contact Us here to discuss your needs. Each individual vendor will list on their product pages and also on checkout which of the delivery options are available for their products. e.g. specific day, next day delivery etc
** Vendors will confirm delivery charges on their product pages and also when you checkout. Orders including non-standard items (for example: drinks, accessories, or chilled foods), or orders exceeding 2kg in total weight, may have higher delivery costs associated due to their size, weight or unique shipping requirements. All FodaBox food makers are committed to keeping these charges to a minimum.

Top Tip: The more items you order from any one particular vendor the more economical the delivery charges will often become. Many of the FodaBox vendors offer free standard delivery above certain order values.


Late delivery


On very rare occasions our vendors can experience a delay in delivery due to factors beyond their control (extreme weather conditions or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for your patience if this happens as you can be assured that the vendor will be doing their very best to sort it out for you as soon as possible - we value you business.
If your items haven't arrived within the delivery timescales and you haven't heard from the vendor or FodaBox then something unusual may have happened. Please get in touch with your vendor or FodaBox and we will try our best to find out what has happened.
