Inspired by the seasonal produce of February and Eastern European food pairings with the vegetable, beetroot, this blend has distinctive notes of Grannie Smith apple, beetroot and dill as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries to create the ultimate refreshing taste
Juniper sits at the forefront, with dill and lemon balm notes to follow. A crisp apple with lasting flavours of earthy beetroot complete the palate.
Serve as a G&T with Fentimans tonic with a garnish of apple. Alternatively try using this gin instead of vodka, for a twist on a classic Bloody Mary.
