Returns & Refunds

FodaBox Vendors are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason contact your Vendor within 14 days of your order, to let them know and if need be to discuss a refund or replacement item. A couple of things to be aware of:
By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to the Vendor and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.

How to contact your Vendor

Visit the website and find the relevant Vendor on the site through using the Search functionality in the Top Right corner of the page.
Select the Vendor, and on their product or vendor page you will be able to contact the vendor in a number of ways listed under Contact Us on the left or right hand side. This will include an email communication tool and a variety of social media options.
Send a message to the vendor informing them of the issue and let them know if you would like a refund or a replacement item.
Enter any additional information to explain the reasons for your request in your communication, this will help speed up the process.
The vendor will then be notified of your message and respond back to you as soon as possible.

Late delivery

All FodaBox vendors aim to provide you with exceptional service and deliver your orders in keeping with the delivery guidelines. If you haven’t received your items within the delivery timeframe indicated on your order, and your vendor hasn’t notified you of any unavoidable delays (for example due to postal strikes), then contact your vendor using the steps above.
If you haven’t received your items within 14 calendar days from the date of your order you will be automatically entitled to request a full refund.
