    Let your palate be lulled by the delicate fruity flavour of the 'Original' extra virgin olive oil. 'Original' is a gentle olive oil and it is a perfect match for dishes that need a lighter flavour.

    'Original' olive oil is recommended for salmon, pan-fried sea bass, seafood courses and all the dishes that need a more delicate touch.

    Production area: Olive trees of the area of Otranto, Apulia, Italy. Cultivar: Cellina di Nardò and Ogliarola Salentina. Blend of monovarietal olive oils, made from ancient and autochthonous varieties of the Apulia region.

    Olive picking: The olives are picked directly from the plant.

    Production: First press, continuous-cycle plant with centrifugal extraction, at controlled temperature (< 27°C) - cold extraction within 10 hours of the olives being picked.
