SHIPPING INFORMATION

We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.

All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

Surcharges

A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.

Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.

Future Delivery Dates

While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.

Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.

Returns Policy

FodaBox Limited are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason contact us within 14 days of your order to discuss a refund or replacement item.

Things to be aware of:

By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.

    The cheese gift hamper includes:

    Cranberry Cheese Barrel (145g) - This vaccuumed cheddar has been laced with juicy Cranberries which delivers a sweet flavour that is perfectly balanced. This cheese will make your cheeseboard bursting with flavour. 

    Botanist Gin & Tonic Cheese Truckle (190g) - The refreshing flavours of Gin and Tonic has been blended with our creamy cheese that results in a unique and incredibly tasty cheddar with fragrant aromas. 

    Flower & White Raspberry & White Chocolate Meringue Bites - What’s not to love? These Raspberry flavoured meringue bites have been covered in delicious Belgian white chocolate which makes the perfect sweet treat. 

    Cradoc’s Sea-Salted Crackers - These delicious and lightly squared crackers are ready to be enjoyed on their own or with a slice of cheese. These crackers add that extra crunchiness on your cheeseboard and tastes great when dipping into chutney. 

    Mr Fritzpatrick Sour Cherry, Red Grape & Hibiscus Cordial (500ml) - A mix of dark red cherries and fruity red grapes with added hibiscus, this exotic and extremely smooth drink will make you wanting more. Add still or sparkling water and serve a deliciously fruity drink.

SHELF LIFE - We would like to make you aware that the minimum shelf life on our Cheddar Cheeses is 2 months and the minimum shelf life on our Blue Cheeses is 2 weeks. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what is shown on our website. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented here and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product.

    Shelf Life : Our cheddar cheeses come with 2-6 months life on them (this is unopened). Soft Cheeses 3-5 weeks. We advise that our cheeses will last 10-14 days once opened. You should keep them wrapped and in your fridge. After this amount of time will normally start to dry out on the exterior this can be cut off or grated.
    Storage Instructions :
    Please refrigerate cheese upon receipt and store cheeses below 5 degrees Celsius.
    Cheese can be frozen for up to 6 months. When defrosting you should place the cheese in the fridge so it defrosts slowly and holds its texture & flavour.
