SHIPPING INFORMATION

We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.

All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

Surcharges

A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.

Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.

Future Delivery Dates

While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.

Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.

Returns Policy

FodaBox Limited are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason contact us within 14 days of your order to discuss a refund or replacement item.

Things to be aware of:

By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.

  • Description

    The Friday Night Curry Discoverer subscription contains all the fresh spices and recipes you need to make a delicious and unusual curry spread every month.

    Spices are at their best when really fresh, and our spice boxes make using them easy and convenient. Every month a new curry spice box arrives in the post with all the spices measured out to make a curry spread for four (new recipes in every box!). And not your normal curry, either - these meals are from all over the world.

    From Malaysian curries fragrant with lemongrass and star anise, to rich Caribbean dishes flavoured with allspice, nutmeg and herbs, to regional curry spreads from all over India, this subscription is a journey of discovery.

    Every month is a new recipe, and nothing is repeated so you'll always have something new to try. And it's not just a curry - you'll also make a variety of side dishes such as chutneys, salads, vegetable dishes, rice and breads.

    The first box is sent to the address you give us, with a voucher card inside. The recipient activates the voucher to receive the remaining boxes at their own address. It makes a great gift for any keen cook, as well as those difficult to buy for fathers, brothers, girlfriends and parents.

    It's also a great way to expand your own curry repertoire! You can check each month which recipes are coming up next, and change your box as you prefer.

    The exact spices will vary from month to month but all allergens and listed in bold on the recipe card and you'll find helpful 'make this again' spices blends so you can recreate the dishes again and again! Each recipe will serve 4 people.

    How the subscription works:

    1. Give
    Send to yourself to give in person or post directly to them - just pick from 3, 6 or 12 months. The 1st box includes your personal message, a welcome pack and a voucher!
    2. Redeem
    Redeem the voucher enclosed in the 1st box to receive the remaining boxes directly through the recipient’s letterbox at the end of each month
    3. Enjoy!
    Discover, cook and share fantastic food from around the world. See what’s coming up each month and swap between them, pause for a month if you’re going away or even add more boxes if you can’t resist!
  • Nutritionals
    Dietary Info : On the most part, our recipes won't cause a problem for anyone with allergies (gluten, dairy etc). But please let us know in the order comments section if you have any allergies, and we can send you only appropriate recipes by substituting a more suitable box for you. Any allergens within the spice mixes are highlighted in bold on the recipe card. Although the spices themselves are gluten/dairy free, we do use these ingredients in the building when testing recipes so if the allergy is severe, it might be best to steer clear as we cannot 100% guarantee that they won't have come into contact with equipment or machinery at some stage.
