Description
A fiery and flavourful alcohol-free aperitif, described by Yotam Ottolengi as "beautiful". Made from 100% all-natural ingredients including pressed ginger juice and organic apple cider vinegar.
Mix simply over ice with sparkling water, a slice of orange and a fragrant sprig of rosemary, for an uplifting pre-dinner spritz that's reminiscent of a drier, more complex ginger beer with a warming finish.
Directions: Over ice, mix 1 part Ginger Switchel with 4 parts sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice and a rosemary sprig for the perfect serve.
Best enjoyed as a pre-dinner spritz over ice with soda, a slice of orange and a fragrant sprig of rosemary (preferably feet up!).
