The smooth creaminess of our Vintage Organic Cheddar and the rich decadence of our Black Truffle Cheddar pair together beautifully with fresh and fruity Il Colle prosecco; the bubbles cut through the creaminess of the cheese. In the hills of Treviso in Italy, a family business makes Il Colle prosecco using traditional techniques.
This Valentine's Prosecco & Cheese Double Heart Gift Set features:
- 200g Heart-Shaped Vintage Organic Cheddar
- 200g Heart-Shaped Black Truffle Vintage Organic Cheddar
- A 20cl bottle of Prosecco
Both cheddars are organic, containing no preservatives, so Godminster recommend refrigeration at all times at 5°C. Remove from the fridge an hour before serving to allow the cheese to warm to room temperature and bring out the flavour.
