Critida's balsamic vinegar is a traditional recipe from the ancient Cretan land that harmoniously combines the aged vinegar with the spectacular and aromatic Cretan thyme honey. The addition of the Cretan thyme honey creates a sweet-sour flavour that gives a unique taste and character to all the dishes you add it to and opens you up to new culinary delights! For the most traditional and elegant start to a meal, simply add a dash of the vinegar to some high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tear apart some bread and start dipping!
Ingredients: balsamic vinegar 83%, thyme honey 17%.
