  • Description

Air-popped popcorn hand-coated in our smooth buttery caramel infused with a 29% pale ale. Sweet and fruity with a bitter undertone.

  • About the Producer

Joe & Sephs popcorn began while taking regular trips to the USA, each time returning with flavoured popcorn as gifts for friends and family. Realising there was nothing quite like this in the UK, the family wondered if they could develop some new flavours with a twist.

Air popping and using 100% natural ingredients and a unique "flavour-sequencing" process locks in flavours so that they flourished on the palate at different intervals as you're eating the popcorn. In 2010 a range of unique flavours were launched to retail after a sellout representation at a food show.
