That is why we work direct with UK farmers to make our delicious relish from fresh fruit & veg that would otherwise be discarded due to size, shape or colour. Our ingredients have to pass a taste test, not a beauty contest. We don't care if it is too big, too ripe or just plain pear-shaped. What matters to us is making the best relish around. So go on, relish your resauces... have a dollop!

    Serving suggestions: -Pink Onion and Chilli: Delicious pink onions caramelised for hours in balsamic vinegar & soft brown sugar, combined with a warm chilli after-kick.Try with a goats cheese salad or burger.

    Ingredients: Pink Onions (77%), Soft Brown Sugar, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar, Chilli, Salt. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
