The OG, our London Dry is where our world of Quarter Spirits first began. Our London Dry delivers all the flavour and experience that you would expect from a full strength-gin, just with a fraction of the alcohol.
Why London Dry Legally, to be called a gin, the spirit must be above 37.5% abv. We think this is a bit outdated as we distil and blend our London Dry in the exact same method. Read more here
Production method We worked with the best distiller in the game, to turn the concept of spirits on their head and craft the world’s first London Dry at 12% ABV. A year in product development, 10,000 juniper berries, 1,000 oranges, 100 grapefruit peels and 60 liquids later, we finally cracked it!
Botanicals As a classic London Dry, you won’t be surprised to see the usual suspects of juniper, coriander and angelica featuring in our liquid. However, it is the inclusion of the orange peel, grapefruit peel and sweet orange that makes our unique blend so refreshing and delicious!
Nose Once you pop the cork, you will be hit with a fresh citrussy smack of orange sherbet, and will feel compelled to get pouring and mixing up your favourite gin cocktails (no measures required!).
Flavour Due to our unique distillation process, we use a higher concentration of botanicals and a longer maceration process. You’ll taste a juniper forward flavour profile, but also get a fresh punch of citrus from the orange and grapefruit peel
Mouthfeel Once on the palette, our refreshing London Dry delivers all the viscosity, body and warmth of a fuller strength spirit. You will be left with a nice slow, warm burn and the botanicals slowly dancing around the mouth, inviting you to take another sip.
We asked ourselves, why are spirits so goddang strong?
It’s a tough question and it turns out no one had actually thought of it before. Rewind to late 2020 when we started to do some digging and discovered that in terms of ABV, it was either ALL or NOTHING! So we decided to shake up the spirits industry and create the first quarter strength spirits brand.
Fabian and Rohan have been best pals for 22 years, so it was about time they went into business together. Fabian loves a weekday cocktail but is a bit of an amateur athlete. Rohan was an All or NOTHING drinker for many years, which wasn’t sustainable. They’re now officially light spirits converts ;)
We believe traditional spirits were created for a different time. Quarter is a manifestation of today’s needs, and proves that spirits don’t have to be full-strength to taste delicious and give you an amazing buzz. We stick to the traditional methods and distill all of our spirits to the highest quality to give you that lip smacking cocktail experience you’re looking for.

Sessionable spirits
Who likes counting? We got bored at 1 and decided that cocktails are there to be enjoyed, not counted. At a quarter of the strength, you can now enjoy guilt free sipping, so kick back, sip slow and low, and thanks us later ;)
Quarter 4 Quarters
We donate a 1/4 of profits from each bottle, to a different charity in each Quarter of the year. This means, we can spread the love to those that need it most, when they need it most. Quarterly charitable partners so far, have included the Ukraine Refugee Appeal, Pakistan Flood Relief, Earthquake relief in Turkey & Syria.

We’ve only got one planet and we want to do our bit to help protect it. We not only want to support our environment, but also the awesome people that inhabit it.
We donate one percent of annual sales to the ‘1% for the planet’ organisation, which is a non-profit that fights to tackle climate change.
We’re here for a good time and a long time
Although we’ll do almost anything for a delicious Quarter cocktail, we know that it has its impact. Yes, all our packaging is fully recyclable, but we want to ensure that our operation is as sustainable as it can possibly be. That’s why we are B Corp certified and we measure and offset our Carbon emissions.
We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.
All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).
Surcharges
A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.
Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.
Future Delivery Dates
While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.
Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.

By law, unless they are damaged or faulty, you cannot return or obtain a refund for i) perishable items including food or ii) personalised items made to your own specifications except where you have selected from pre-determined options or standard off-the-shelf components. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.
