Hi, I'm Lesley Bell, the founder and owner of SLAB bakery, and my ethos is simple - quality ingredients and maximum taste. My aim is to make the perfect pudding that will appeal to a wide customer base, including those who may have dietary restrictions. All of my products are gluten free, wheat free, refined sugar free, and still taste amazing : my sticky toffee pudding and pistachio polenta cake have both won Great Taste awards. There's no unpronounceable preservative or additives, just great flavour. I also have a strong environmental ethos too: for example, I don't use any palm oil; I use only free range eggs; my packaging is recyclable; I recycle production waste. The range includes popular favorites, such as chocolate brownie, and the more unusual, such as orange and pistachio polenta cake.
