  • Lidgates pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
