Our loyalty programme will be closing on 30th September 2024.​

 

We've been working hard behind the scenes and speaking to members of our FodaFamily about new and exciting ways to show our appreciation for you. Be the first to hear our latest news and updates by being opted in to our marketing communications.​

If you have any remaining Box Points, you will be able to redeem these until 30th September 2024 when our loyalty programme closes. Any unredeemed points will be invalid after this date.

You will continue to earn points on purchases made up to 30th September 2024. Points earned up to this date must be redeemed by 30th September 2024.

Any remaining Box Points will be invalid after this date. You will no longer be able to redeem them, so make sure to use them before 30th September 2024!

Your Box Points can be viewed as soon as you Login to your Account. It will also display a breakdown of how many Box Points you have available to spend.

Scroll up to the FodaBox Loyalty box and you'll see all available Rewards and how many Box Points are needed to claim. You can also redeem Box Points against orders. 

You can also view your Box Points balance and redeemable Rewards at any time by logging to your Account.

Don't worry! Head to the Rewards box > Get Rewards > scroll to Your Claimed Rewards. You'll be able to see your claimed but not yet used rewards. Select View Reward and you will see your code. Once claimed rewards have been used, they will be removed from this section.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to bank any un-used Box Points from a code. We suggest if you have a code for an amount to use, that you ensure you use the full amount.

Unfortunately, no. You can only use one code per order. If you add multiple codes, only one will be accepted during checkout.

Once. Each code you receive through your rewards program is a one-off code that will expire after being used for a purchase.
