Bay’s Kitchen was born from a desire to create a new range of low FODMAP food products to help fellow IBS sufferers find food that is low in FODMAP’s, yet tastes great and is convenient for our fast-paced lives.

Bay's Kitchen range consists of many award-winning, fully gluten and dairy-free sauces. From a perfectly combined coconut, lemongrass and red chilli red curry sauce, a creamy, fragrant Thai massaman sauce to a classic Japanese Katsu curry sauce packed full of flavour.
