Not a problem - you can choose to send your digital gift message instantly and let your recipient know that delicious goodies are on their way.
How does it work?
- Browse the amazing products on Fodabox and find the perfect gift.
- You can see the 'Add a FREE digital gift message' on gift product pages.
- Alternatively, during your secure Checkout, you will see an option to 'Add a FREE digital gift message.'
- Simply select this option and enter your personalised message and details - it's that easy!
- You will need to enter the recipient email so we can email them with your message.
- You can also enter their mobile number and they will get your message as a text.
- Choose to send the message now, on delivery or schedule for a specific date and time so your recipient knows there is a gift on its way.
What if I forgot to add my Digital Gift Message?
We've got you covered! If you forgot to add a gift message to your order, please email support@fodabox.com with the following information:
- Recipient Name
- Sender Name
- Message
- Original Order Number e.g. #FBRETAIL-123456
- Recipient's Email Address
- Recipient's Mobile Number
- When to send. Select one of:
Send on Delivery (digital gift message will be sent when courier tracking updates to delivered)
Send Later (please let us know the date DD/MM/YYYY and time AM/PM when you would like the message to be sent)
Send Now (will be sent immediately)
Just give us the requested details and our friendly Customer Service team will be able to get this added for you.
