Founder, Alison Lilly, has a love for cooking, believing there is nothing more rewarding than preparing food for others to enjoy. Her Christmas pudding recipe have been enjoyed for many a year by friends and family and in 2015 LillyPuds was introduced to the market.

The recipe was a resounding success and it’s even been possible to convert those with a dislike for our great British pud! LillyPuds styling also symbolises the festive season – a time for the giving and receiving of presents.

Their pudding journey since October 2015 has been amazing and many awards have been obtained throughout the years.

LillyPuds work hard to ensure their products are as free from unnatural ingredients wherever possible. There is no need to add unnatural products when perfectly natural ingredients are available. Instead of oil and margarine, LillyPuds use butter, Sticky Toffee Pudding and sauces with plentiful amounts of fruit in their Christmas puddings.

The traditional and Gluten Free puddings are made with a locally sourced gluten free ale, Chockwork Orange from the Brentwood Brewing Company, a beer which compliments the pudding mix perfectly.
