Tortiglioni, pronounced "tohr-tee-lyo-nee" or "toe-tig-lio-knee" slowly in Yorkshire, resemble Rigatoni, boasting grooves which curl around the pasta, stemming from the Latin 'torquere', meaning 'to turn'. Ideal for sauces, salads and fish dishes, these big, bold creations boast an unmatched taste, derived from locally milled British wheat flour, traditional artisan techniques and patience - we dry our pasta overnight, allowing healthy flavours to develop. To top it off, bronze dies are used to give the pasta texture for sauces to attach to, and our plastic-free, solar-powered production delivers a more sustainable and delicious British pasta. Our "family secret" blend of locally milled wheat flour replaces imported Durum semolina, while each pack is 100% recyclable.

Premium British pasta - made in Yorkshire. The Yorkshire Pasta Company is a small family business and since launching in 2020 they have appeared on James Martin, have been raved about by Davina and have won awards – including two Great Taste Awards!

This pasta is nothing like the pasta you find on supermarket shelves. Discover what makes The Yorkshire Pasta Company's pasta so much better:

We travelled around Italy learning from the Italian artisans how to make pasta traditionally and authentically.

We dry our pasta slowly overnight, at low temperatures, allowing the dough to gently mature and develop flavour.

Each piece of pasta has a wonderfully rough surface – allowing them to cuddle and absorb sauces, creating beautiful, cohesive dishes of food.

Our bespoke paper packaging is 100% recyclable – pop them in with the newspapers.

We only use water and locally milled British wheat flour, of which 92% is grown right here in Yorkshire.

We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.

All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.
