Founder and Head Chocolatier Jack Ralph found himself working in a restaurant after dropping from his law degree. After a few months at a restaurant, Jack had developed a love for pastry, and in particular chocolate. Once he had bought his first mould, a thermometer and some good couverture chocolate, there was no looking back.

Their vision is to make chocolate fun again! They take the amazing flavours and interesting stories of fine chocolate production, and make it fun and playful - Making quality, delicious chocolate products whilst making it fun at the same time!

After all, chocolate should be fun to eat, look at, and make.

Better than Fairtrade! ArtChocolat chocolate comes from a company called Luker Chocolate, a chocolate manufacturer who work closely with farmers to ensure they are paid high prices for their cacao. They are also a B-corp rated company.

We recommend eating your ArtChocolat chocolates within 2 months of receiving them for maximum freshness. You can also keep your chocs in the fridge - just keep in mind that it may affect the shine on the chocolates once you take them out. This is because the sudden change in temperature causes condensation to form on the surface of the chocolates.

Your ArtChocolat chocolates will be shielded by protective inserts, designed to stop them rattling around inside the box. Furthermore, a protective cushion pad and shock absorber around the chocolates are designed to protect them from the postal system.

Your box will contain a menu card with photos of each flavour, and your parcel will arrive in an unbranded box to ensure anonymity.

All goods are delivered by one of our approved courier partners and wherever possible, will be delivered on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order or you can choose a named delivery date at checkout.

Fast Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 (excluding delivery cost) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order for purchases under this value (or per delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).

Surcharges

Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands delivery normally takes a few days longer than mainland as indicated in the checkout. It will also incur a small surcharge of a few pounds, depending on size of order.

While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, deliveries may arrive one day either side of your selected day, especially during busy periods.

Please be aware orders containing alcohol may sometimes require a signature of someone over 18.
