SPRITZ & COCKTAIL RECIPES
We love a Spritz! So we recommend the following serve ratios, but pour away until you get the perfect spritz that's just right for you:
- - 1 part Wilfred's
- - 2 parts premium tonic
- - Serve over plenty of ice.
- - Garnish with a slice of orange.
But Wilfred's doesn't just make a great spritz, it's also a versatile aperitif that can be used in lots of delicious low and no alcohol cocktails. Just start experimenting and whip yourself up a non-alcoholic Negroni, or shake up a Lime Wilfred's Sour, or go classic with a fresh Grapefruit 0% Martini.
OUR STORY
In search of the perfect non-alcoholic drink that captured all the complexity of the greats but without the alcohol, founder Chris Wilfred Hughes found himself reinventing the Spritz. Flavour and quality were of the utmost importance, leading to over 18 months of experimentation and over 100 recipes to get Wilfred's just right.
Inspired by his travels, Chris Wilfred sourced botanicals from rare Japanese hibiscus to the English rose; but his journey eventually led him back to the flavours he associates most with home; fresh rosemary from his mother's garden, and bitter oranges from his father's marmalade. The result is a carefully crafted blend of natural rosemary, bittersweet oranges, rhubarb and clove. Wilfred's is completely alcohol-free and contains just 21 calories per serving, and makes a truly delicious drink that's all spritz and no alcohol.

SUSTAINABILITY
We pride ourselves on shipping our bottles in recyclable packaging materials only.
We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.
All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).
Surcharges
A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.
Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.
Future Delivery Dates
While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.
Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.
