Semi-milled Jasmine Rice. This is our little trick, Semi-Milled IBIS Rice takes only some of the nutritious bran layer away meaning it cooks and tastes much like our white IBIS rice just with that extra goodness.

Our Rice is grown by Cambodian farmers committed to the strictest environmental standards: they don't use chemicals, and they don't allow trees to be cleared or wild animals to be poached on their land. In return, they are paid a premium for their crops.

Long-grained, fragrant, organic and Wildife-Friendly® Jasmine Rice from Cambodia that is Semi-Milled to cook and taste like white polished rice without losing all the nutritious bran.

Rooted in Conservation, Hand-Grown with a Mission.
Our Mission
Our mission is to grow great-tasting rice that protects endangered species, preserves vulnerable forests and supports Wildlife-Friendly® farmers so that we can save earth's most precious resources.
Our Vision
We envision a world where people, wildlife and nature can coexist and thrive.

Why IBIS Rice?
Certified Organic, IBIS Rice is grown by hand on Cambodia's northern plains, where mineral-rich waters run off the Dangrek Mountains. In this unique environment, our farmers plant just one crop per year, allowing it to mature slowly into the finest quality, fragrant, long-grain jasmine ricea truly Cambodian variety known locally as Phkar Romduol.
