COOKING AND STORAGE
Cooking: Steam from frozen. Remove from pack, fill a steamer with 1/3 water and bring to the boil. Lay out the Sui Mai on a steamer rack, place in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 8-9 minutes.
