Hiver is a dry, crisp and refreshing blonde beer that has been brewed with honey. We use honey as an ingredient, as is traditional to this beer style, rather than as an additive. This means that much of the sugar is fermented out so only the aroma and flavour remain.
Hiver is golden straw in colour and opens with an inviting honey and biscuit aroma. Through a sparing use of challenger and UK cascade hops, a hint of citrus brings depth and balance to the nose without overpowering the delicate honey esters.
We use Urban London, English Blossom and Heather honeys

Hiver Beers was founded by Hannah Rhodes after working for 7 years in the craft beer industry. Using honey as an ingredient rather than as an addition for flavouring is what makes Hiver the best that it can be as well as moreish and accessible.
Hiver sources raw honey from independent British beekeepers. Hiver Beers are as varied and unique as the malted barley and hops that were picked during the recipe development stage.
If your item contains fresh products requiring ice packs for transit, we will only ship it if a suitable shipping option has been selected and paid for to ensure it arrives in a good state. For example we wouldn't ship a gift with cheese on a Friday for delivery on a Monday as standard.

We lovingly pack and ship your goods once payment is processed with some items occasionally coming from different warehouses depending on their nature.
All goods, wherever possible, will be shipped on a tracked service for you to follow their progress and the next available delivery date will be shown on each particular product page before you place your order.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery is FREE on all orders over £75 (excluding shipping) with a fixed charge of £4.95 per order (or delivery address if you're using the multi-address checkout feature).
Surcharges
A shipping surcharge of £5 applies over the £75 threshold if your basket includes fresh or chilled goods from our Meat, Pies & Pastries, and Ready To Eat Meals collections. This covers the additional cost of special delivery services and/or specialist packaging for fresh items.
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands will incur a surcharge, usually a few GBP.
Any final shipping costs will be shown in checkout.
Future Delivery Dates
While we make every effort to deliver on your preferred date, shipments may arrive one day either side of your selected day during busy periods.
Orders containing alcohol may require a signature.
