The Original Cake Company, owned and operated by our two talented bakers, Simon and Karol. Simon has travelled the world gathering unique experiences in the food industry to make his dream bakery come true. And Karol? After he moved to the UK from Poland in 2009 , he worked his way up through the ranks of The Original Cake Company to become co-owner with Simon. Now they have combined their expertise into a business that we can all reap the benefits of!
